Module 1 – Selling Isn’t Just for Salespeople

In this first module, you’ll show why developing sales skills is critical to your success and how it already reflects your desire to serve customers.

Module 2 – Successful Selling Starts Here

A great deal of preparation goes into selling, and the majority of that preparation has to do with preparing yourself mentally.

In this module, learn how to overcome resistance to selling and build your confidence so that you can achieve the best outcome for yourself and your customers.

Lesson 1: Develop the Mindset for Sales Success – In Lesson 1, learn to uncover your blocks to selling and find ways to overcome them, so that you can sell with ease and self-assurance.
Lesson 2: Prepare to Sell with Confidence – In Lesson 2, learn tactics to deepen the knowledge of your customers and yourself, so that you feel confident when you go into the sales process.

Module 3 – Build Relationships That Lead to Sales

Selling starts with relationships. Focus on forming connections and having conversations to nurture your contacts and you will be well on your way to sales success.

In this module, learn how to master the skills for building and managing the types of relationships that lead to sales.

Lesson 1: Initiating Relationships – In Lesson 1, learn how to start relationships with potential customers on the right note, so prospects feel a connection with you and want to learn more.
Lesson 2: Developing Relationships – In Lesson 2, learn how to develop relationships with prospects based on serving their needs, which will naturally lead to sales opportunities.
Lesson 3: Managing Relationships – In Lesson 3, learn how to manage multiple relationships with prospects and customers both efficiently and in a way that leads to more conversions and more ongoing sales.

Module 4 – Customer-Focused Sales Skills

Good salespeople are not born. They are made from people who are willing and eager to invest time and energy into learning the key skills that will lead to sales success.

In module 4, you will to develop the necessary skills to help your customers decide on the right solution for their needs

Lesson 1: Listening – In Lesson 1, you will learn how to actively listen to your prospects and customers so you don’t jump to conclusions at any point during the sales process.
Lesson 2: Asking Questions – In Lesson 2, You will learn how to use different types of questions to learn more about your prospect’s situation and needs, so that you have a complete picture before developing a solution.
Lesson 3: Educating – In Lesson 3, you will learn how to provide information that helps prospects understand their situation and needs, so that they feel empowered to find the right solution.
Lesson 4: Collaborating – In Lesson 4, you will learn how you can work together with your prospects or clients to identify the root cause of their problems, so they feel a part of the solution process.
Lesson 5: Communicating Value – In Lesson 5, learn how to communicate the value of your solution so that your client recognizes and visualizes the impact it will have on them.
Lesson 6: Coaching To the Close – In Lesson 6, ensure that the sale goes smoothly, that your prospects don’t back out at the last minute, and everyone is confident in the sales decision.

Module 5 – Review and Refine

In this final module, you’ll bring everything you’ve covered in the course together. Your students will then have all the skills and tactics they need to be confident and successful in selling. You’ll also give them the opportunity to review the course and plan future action.
